Chamber

Material: Cast Steel. Vertically fitted

Feed End: - Size: 16" x 50" Long,

Discharge End: Size: 16" x 50" Long,

Opening and closing of chamber is motorized.

Worm Assembly

Hard Face welded along with Discharge Ring and Sliding Ring

Main Worm Shaft

Can be withdrawn out without Disturbing the Gear Box.

Round Kettle (Cooker)

8 Stages with Steam Jackets of Dia. 78 Dia for efficient cooking of seed.

Seed. Pipe Fitting Contains Safety Valve, Steam Spray Pipe, Pressure Gauge, Steam Valves & Steam Traps.

Exhaust Fan is also provided to extract excess steam or moisture from cooking chambers.

Supported separately on fabricated structure fitted with kettle driving Gearbox and Motor.
